Recently, Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation (COREX) has found that some lawbreakers are engaged in illegal activities in the name of COREX or through counterfeited website. In view of this, COREX hereby makes a serious statement as follows:
1．COREX is a trading venue initiated with the approval of Beijing Municipal People’s Government and competent authorities. COREX and self-operated China Iron Ore Spot Trading Platform only provide trading services to verified enterprise legal persons. No natural person is allowed to participate in the transactions organized by COREX.
2．COREX only provides iron ore spot trading services, while trading parties carry out goods delivery and fund settlement on their own. COREX does not collect such trading funds as deposit and payment for goods, does not provide trading services for other ore or non-ore varieties, and does not provide futures and derivatives trading services.
3．m.hujingyuan.com is the one and only official website of COREX. Other URLs and network links purporting to be such official website are all fake. The information and activities, released by such fake websites, have nothing to do with COREX.
4．Members and the public are kindly requested to raise their vigilance, carefully identify network information, and never blindly believe in network links or QR codes so as to avoid visiting fake websites, misbelieving false information and suffering from unnecessary losses therefrom. In case of relevant illegal acts, please immediately make whistleblowing or report to the public security organs and other competent authorities.
COREX hereby sternly warns: All entities or individuals, which are engaged in illegal activities or release false information in the name of COREX or through counterfeited website, should delete the relevant webpages immediately and take measures to eliminate the adverse effects. COREX will take a full range of harsh measures to protect the corporate interests and reputation and investigate the legal liability for illegal acts according to the laws.
